Samwel Lawrence Kimaro earned his LL.B from St. Augustine University of Tanzania in 2023, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania in 2024. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania on July 2, 2025. Since September 2024, Mr. Kimaro has served as a Legal Officer at Spes Attorneys in Dar es Salaam, contributing his acumen to a variety of legal endeavors.
Prior to this, from July to September 2024, he underwent rigorous training at the District Court of Temeke, gaining invaluable practical experience. In 2024, he also provided advisory services at the Local Government Office in Sinza “C,” Dar es Salaam, counseling the public on legal matters and assisting in the drafting of essential documents. In 2023, Mr. Kimaro interned at Kipoko Advocates in Moshi, Kilimanjaro, and from 2016 to 2022, he acquired extensive hands-on expertise during an internship at the Ilemela District Court in Mwanza. His profound expertise encompasses litigation, dispute resolution, conveyancing, corporate compliance, legal drafting, and client advisory services.
