Emmanuel Safari commands over three decades of distinguished legal experience, having held esteemed positions including Resident Magistrate, State Attorney, Legal Officer at ATE, and Advocate in private practice. Throughout his illustrious career, he has honed profound expertise in a multitude of legal domains, notably land law, criminal law (encompassing both investigative and judicial procedures), labour law and practice, civil litigation, tax law, and probate and family law. He has appeared in several cases before the Court of Appeal of Tanzania.
